It's not even Halloween yet, but this holiday deal is too good to pass up! Christmas tree cutting tags (permits) are now for sale at several Big 5 Sporting Goods Stores. You pay $15 for the tag (way less than what you'd pay at a lot) and pick the National Forest where you'd like to find your perfect tree (Apache-Sitgreaves, Kaibab, Prescott, Coconino, or Tonto). Think of what a great holiday memory this would make! Only 6375 tags are available and over 2500 have already been purchased. I suggest calling before you go to make sure they're not sold out.
